2. What data is collected

This site does not require registration or account creation. Data may be collected in the following circumstances:

  • Contact form submissions: name, phone number, and email address entered voluntarily by the user.
  • Server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and page visited — stored automatically by the web server for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
  • Cookies: a single functional cookie records whether the visitor has acknowledged the cookie banner. No third-party tracking cookies are set unless the visitor explicitly accepts them.

3. Legal basis for processing

  • Contact form data is processed on the basis of the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • The consent cookie is strictly necessary for the cookie-preference functionality and does not require a separate legal basis.

4. How data is used

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to the sender's enquiry. They are not shared with third parties, used for marketing, or combined with other datasets.

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for no longer than 24 months from the date of receipt, after which they are deleted. Server logs are retained for 30 days. Cookie preference records expire after 12 months.

6. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port any personal data held about you. You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Requests can be submitted to contact@ortaorza.eu. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, UODO.

7. Cookies

The site sets one functional cookie named ortaorza_cookie_consent to record your cookie preference. This cookie expires after 12 months. No analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies are used. If you reject cookies, the site remains fully functional.
